Guarantee Policy: At the time of booking, we charge your credit card for the total of your first night's room and taxes. After 3:00 PM local time, 7 days prior to arrival, the remainder of your stay is billed to the credit card on file.
Cancellation Policy: If it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation, notify us by 3:00 PM, 7 days prior to your arrival date, and you will receive a full refund of your deposit, minus a $30 processing fee. All refunds are based on the original reservation date. If you cancel your reservation after 3:00 PM, 7 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.
